Overview	Albion Projects was awarded the contract to complete the fit-out works (lessor works) for the new Thai & I Restaurant at Bardon. Works included the construction of new ceilings, walls, electrical works, air-conditioning, floor coverings and painting. In addition to these works a new PWD compliant public toilet facility was constructed for the use of all tenants.
