Overview:
Albion Projects were awarded the contract to complete the lessor works for the new Mundo Churrasco restaurant at Bardon.
The works included extensive demolition, new roof structure for outdoor dining area, new external glazing and bi-fold doors, new internal amenities (male/female & PWD), new fixed seating and new external floor finishes.
The works were completed within an operating retail complex and were completed within a challenging eight week construction period in early 2010.
