Overview:
Albion Projects were approached by Berkeley House to undertake the refurbishment of the Ferny Village Shopping Centre at Ferny Hills.
The works involved the complete external refurbishment of the centre including refurbishment of existing amenities, new shopfronts, ceramic tiling, paving, balustrades, rendering of existing brickwork, complete repainting and new outdoor furniture.
In addition to the refurbishment works the centre underwent a complete rebranding with Albion Projects completing the installation of new structural steel signage frames, new illuminated sign boxes and new centre logo and branding.
The works were completed in a fully operational shopping centre environment.
