Overview	Albion Projects were awarded the contract to refurbish an existing retail complex at 63 Macgregor Terrace, Bardon. The works involved the full refurbishment of the existing façade, the construction of a new entry and bus shelter, the refurbishment of public amenities and the refurbishment of all external dining areas. These works were completed in two stages with all restaurants and commercial tenants trading throughout the works.
