Albion Projects was awarded the contract to complete the refurbishment of 3 tenancies along with the full refurbishment of the external façade of this commercial and retail complex at 36 Park Rd, Milton.
Internal Works involved the internal demolition of existing fit-out, alterations to existing electrical and air-conditioning installations, new wall linings, installation of new ceiling tiles and new carpet.
External works included the removal of existing sail structures, roof repairs and the repainting of the entire building façade.
All works were completed within an operational retail environment with extensive planning, co-ordination and out of hours work required with all tenants and the building owner.
