Overview:
After assisting the client with early cost planning and construction advice Albion Projects was awarded the contract to complete the lessor works for three new restaurant tenancies at 164 Grey Street, Southbank.
The works involved the demolition of all existing shopfronts, installation of new shopfronts, installation of new inter-tenancy walls, installation of new kitchen exhaust systems and the construction of new awning structures to both the Grey Street tenancies and the Little Stanley Street tenancies.
This project was undertaken within a busy operational area of the Southbank precinct and required detailed planning and co-ordination with adjoining building owners, tenants and Southbank Corporation.
